Braskem Reaches Deal on $11 Billion Out-of-Court Debt Rework

Braskem SA reached an agreement with its main creditors to rework almost $11 billion of debt in an out-of-court process, the latest Brazilian company to be forced to restructure after falling behind on its obligations.
