Hong Kong cancels rainstorm warning, afternoon schools to proceed as usual

Hong Kong’s weather forecaster cancelled all rainstorm warnings on Thursday, following a morning of heavy rain that led to the suspension of morning and whole-day schools, with afternoon classes allowed to proceed.
