Boliden to Buy Controlling Stake in Nexa in $1.3 Billion Deal

Swedish mining group Boliden AB has agreed to acquire Votorantim SA’s stake in Nexa Resources SA, taking control of the zinc and silver producer and expanding its operations into Brazil and Peru.
