Billionaire Gilinski, GeoPark Said to Be Near Venezuela Oil Deal

Colombia’s richest family is nearing a Venezuela oil deal in conjunction with GeoPark Ltd, a Bogota-based oil company in which it is the largest shareholder with a 28% stake, according to people familiar with the matter who asked for anonymity discussing confidential plans.
